Chinese Veg fried rice

Quick Meal and a good way to use leftover rice!!!

Servings: 4
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS
 

4 cups cooked rice ( left over jasmine or basmati rice works best)
1/4 cup diced Celery
1/4 cup carrots Julianne or diced
1/4 cup peas
╝ cup Beans diced or Julianne
1/4 tsp green chili sauce
╝ tsp red chili paste( sambal)
╝ cup veg stock or chicken stock
2.5 tsp Soya sauce
a dash of worsechtire sauce


DIRECTIONS

  1. In a hot wok add couple tsp of vegetable oil and add the vegetables. SautÚ them lightly with a little salt. Add the stock and bring it to a boil .Add the soy sauce, rice and chili sauce. Mix everything well.

  2. Adjust the salt. Serve hot .

  3. Can use scrambled eggs, mushroom slices, baby corn etc also along with the above mentioned vegetables.

Yummy and so easy to make! Made this couple of days ago and it turned out well.
